1. Services

It Takes a Village Academy provides child care, early childhood education, and related services. All services are subject to availability, enrollment approval, and applicable licensing and regulatory requirements.

2. Enrollment & Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

Parents or legal guardians agree to:

3. Payments & Fees

Tuition and fees are due as agreed at enrollment

Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension

4. Attendance & Pick-Up

Children must be picked up on time

Late pick-ups may incur additional charges

Repeated late pick-ups may result in termination

5. Health & Safety

Sick children should not attend

We may refuse care if a child poses a safety risk

Parents must comply with illness and vaccination policies
